What Is Backstage?
Backstage is a free, 1-hour meeting inside the RLT app, hosted live by our CEhOe Redd. The first half breaks down 1-2 practical work tools — stage presence, VIP strategy, sales, boundaries, customer dynamics, whatever's relevant that session. The second half opens up into reflection, discussion, journaling, and story-sharing with fellow SWers in the room. Think of it as part workshop, part community check-in. You'll walk away with something useful for the floor and a feeling little less alone in the industry.
Who Backstage Is For
This one's important: Backstage is strictly for strippers, sex workers, and people seriously interested in starting either path. That includes online SW, in-club work, and IRL — any form counts. No civilians. No pole dancers who haven't engaged with SW in any capacity. This isn't us being exclusionary for the sake of it — it's so the people in the room can actually speak freely about their work without explaining themselves or filtering for an outside audience. Please only sign up if that's you.
Current Schedule: A Quick Update
Backstage normally runs the first Sunday of every month at 1PM EST, always hosted by Redd. While Redd is touring through the end of 2026, this schedule is subject to change or rescheduling month to month — we'll always have the most up to date schedule date on the app!
Why It's Live-Only
Backstage is never recorded. No replays, no on-demand version — full stop. That's intentional. People share real, sometimes vulnerable stories about their work and lives in this space, and protecting that privacy matters more to us than convenience. Show up live or catch the next one.
How to Join Backstage
Backstage is bookable for free on the RLT app and website. Keep an eye on the app for the most up to date timing each month, since the schedule may shift while Redd's on tour.
