Redd Light Therapy (RLT) is a stripper-led virtual movement studio shaped by the lived experiences of sex workers and dancers. Through our virtual ecosystem, we offer pole dance, sensual flow, floorwork, twerk, strength and conditioning, creative expression, and community spaces for dancers, sex workers, performers, lovers, and misfits.
We teach entirely online through the Redd Light Therapy app, website, and our online platforms. That means you can join virtual pole classes, sensual movement classes, floorwork classes (and more) from anywhere in the world. Our pole dance classes online include everything from beginner pole dancing and low flow to stripper floorwork, heels pole dancing, and erotic movement classes designed for real bodies and real lives.
We are a global sex worker–centered, community-centered pole and dance studio committed to:
Honoring the roots of pole dancing
Providing accessible, shame-free education
Creating movement spaces that are empowering, trauma-aware, and inclusive
RLT is more than a studio. It is a portal, a community, and a family. We welcome sex workers, allies, hobbyists, baby dancers, retired dancers, and returning movers. If you are craving a space to feel powerful and embodied, you belong in the Redd Light Therapy family!
By booking with RLT, you are not only getting high-quality instruction through our online pole dancing lessons. You are also supporting a stripper-led platform committed to creating safer, more sustainable work (and community) for sex workers worldwide.
-
Redd Light Therapy began with one intention:
to create a safer, sexier, more empowering online resource for dancers, sex workers, movement lovers, and misfits to learn, reconnect, and express themselves without shame or hierarchy.RLT officially launched in 2024 with just a few virtual pole classes taught by our CEhOe, Redd. What started as a one-woman operation quickly evolved into a living, breathing ecosystem of online pole dance classes and community offerings:
Weekly live virtual pole classes and sensual movement classes taught by sex worker instructors around the world
On-demand pole dance tutorials, stripper tutorials, and bundles through Redd’s Repository
A global family connected through the RLT app and online community.
As the platform grew, our mission only solidified. We are here to:
Uplift community and collective care
Improve access to movement education for dancers in places where sensuality is stigmatized or unsafe
Raise the standard for how stripper-led spaces are valued and compensated
From the beginning, RLT has been proudly stripper-led, grounded in the truth that pole dancing was created, shaped, and evolved by sex workers, especially Black strippers in the U.S. Our studio exists to honor those roots, uplift SW voices, and create spaces that feel safe, accessible, and free of hierarchy.
As we grow, our vision stays the same:
to build a long-term virtual home where dancers feel supported, celebrated, and connected to themselves and each other through movement, embodiment, and community. -
Our mission at Redd Light Therapy is to provide movement education and dancer community that is accessible, honest, empowering, sexy, and community-driven.
We do this through virtual pole classes, sensual movement classes, online stripper courses, and stripper trainingresources that center lived experience and industry truth.
Spotlight SW Leadership in the Pole Community
RLT is proudly stripper-led. We honor the sex workers who created and evolved pole dancing and continue to shape the culture today. Our structure, values, class design, and business decisions are informed by lived experience within and alongside the sex work industry. We are committed to SW-led movement education that does not erase where pole comes from.
Create Safer Virtual Spaces for All Dancers Worldwide
We provide accessible, shame-free, trauma-aware online movement education for dancers of all levels. Our studio is built on autonomy, consent, and inclusivity — welcoming dancers from beginner to advanced, every body, every gender, and every background. Whether you’re exploring pole dancing for beginners, low flow, basework, floorwork basics, stripper technique, or more advanced pole transitions, there is a place for you here.
Movement as Expression + Empowerment
Movement is more than steps or tricks. It is storytelling, sensuality, alchemy, resilience, and personal truth. We teach technique (through a stripper lens) with care and intention, encouraging dancers to explore who they are both on and off the pole. Our offerings focus on expression just as much as skill and technicality.
Elevate Industry Education & Stripper Training
We support dancers entering, navigating, or returning to the club through practical tools and stripper training, including sales education, stripper confidence training, audition prep for strippers, floorwork classes, and movement designed for real-world application. We believe education for sex workers should be honest, non-judgmental, rooted in care, and straight from the source.
Build Community Through Shared Experience
Connection and family are the heart of RLT. We are a community-centered pole studio, not just a content platform. Through weekly classes, Community Circle, workshops, mentorship, and accessible online resources, we aim to create a space where dancers support other dancers, share experience, and grow at their own pace.
-
These values guide everything we teach and create at RLT. They are woven through all of our virtual classes, policies, and community spaces.
Embodiment
Your body is allowed to feel, desire, take up space, and express truth. Movement is a tool for grounding, presence, and sensual awareness. Our classes, from floorwork to heels to flexibility (and more), are built to bring you back into your body.Autonomy
We teach from a place of consent, agency, choice, and empowerment. Every dancer controls their pace, style, and boundaries. We encourage all students to choose how they show up in our community and classes, as our priority is that safety always comes first.Creativity
There is no “right” way to move. Whether you love slow flow pole, club-style floorwork, or dramatic stripper choreography, your personal preference is welcome. Individuality, play, experimentation, and weirdness are encouraged and celebrated.Community
RLT is built on collective care, mutual respect, and the belief that we rise by uplifting one another. Our online pole classes and community spaces are designed so dancers, sex workers, and supporters can connect and support one another across different cities, countries, and time zones.Inclusivity
We embrace dancers from all backgrounds, genders, body types, identities, and skill levels. Complete beginners, working dancers, and retired performers all belong here. Every dancer belongs in the RLT family.Accessibility
Our virtual platform provides worldwide access to high-quality pole and movement education — and recordings included with every sign-up create more opportunities for dancers in different time zones or schedules to train. Our mix of weekly classes, workshops, and on-demand tutorials makes our movement and pole classes possible from anywhere, anytime, anyplace.Integrity
We honor the origins of pole, acknowledge its history, and strive to maintain a space rooted in authenticity, respect, and truth. We credit sex workers, especially Black strippers, for their foundational role in pole dance origins and modern culture.Privacy
We do not disclose personal identities or histories. Our community of students and teachers includes active and retired sex workers, online creators, and dancers from many backgrounds. We never “out” or label anyone. Every individual in the RLT community chooses what, when, and how they share about themselves.SW-Centered Respect
Pole exists because of sex workers. We honor, celebrate, and protect that legacy every day — in our language, our pay structure, our offerings, our policies, and our boundaries. -
Our core team and staff of active or retired sex workers are made up of:
Active and retired strippers + SW
Online creators and content makers
Performers and stage artists
Competitive athletes and dancers
Choreographers and creative directors
Lifelong movement educators
All core team instructors are current or former sex workers. This being said, we honor the privacy and autonomy of our core team members and do not label or disclose anyone’s specific business or personal history. Some instructors may talk openly about their sex work history; others may not. Both are valid, respected, and upheld by RLT.
Workshop guest instructors may also include aligned allies who support, respect, and uphold SW-led pedagogy and our studio’s values.
What unites our teaching team is a shared commitment to:
Stripper-led, community-centered education
Teaching with care, technique, and lived experience
Prioritizing privacy, autonomy, and consent
Uplifting dancers with shame-free, affirming movement spaces
RLT honors the work of our instructors and the technique, creativity, expression, and care each team member brings into their classes, whether they’re teaching spin pole classes, floorwork basics, heels pole dancing, business education for dancers, or anything in between.

Not for every class. Many offerings focus on floorwork, sensual movement, conditioning, or strength and are entirely without a pole or pole-optional.Pole-required classes will be clearly labeled, and every class description will outline the recommended and required materials. If you’re working with a small space or home pole setup, many of our pole dance classes + sensual movement classes online are designed with that in mind.
Are beginners welcome?
Yes. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners, baby strippers, and dancers returning after time away. If you’re just starting out, we recommend:
You’ll find pole dancing for beginners, floorwork basics, and pole technique for beginners across our offerings. Look in the class descriptions for more details on pre-reqs, and recommended levels for each offering!
Do I have to attend live?
No. Every sign-up includes lifetime access to the class recording, whether you attend live or not. You can train from the live class or from the replay – or both! This is especially helpful if you’re in a different time zone or working nightlife schedules.
Is this a SW-friendly space?
Always. RLT is proudly sex worker–centered and stripper-led. We explicitly honor the sex workers who built pole culture and refuse to sanitize that history. Sex workers, allies, and curious civilians are all welcome, but the roots of pole are never erased.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Cameras are always optional. You are in control of your visibility and how much you choose to participate or share. Many dancers join camera-off, or rename themselves in Zoom for extra privacy.
How do I access my class recordings?
You can find your recordings in the RLT app under Profile → Booking History, usually within 24 hours after class ends. You must be booked into a class or workshop to receive its recording.
Do you offer private lessons?
Some instructors do! You can email us at reddlightperformance@gmail.comand we’ll help you connect with an instructor who fits your goals. We have a large network of skilled dancers with different expertise (tricks, flow, floorwork, club sales, audition prep, competition prep, choreography, etc) and we’re excited to match you with your perfect person.

Pole dancing was created, shaped, and evolved by strippers — especially Black sex workers whose artistry built the foundation for modern pole. We believe in honoring the roots of pole clearly and publicly.
Being stripper-led at RLT means that we:
Uplift + compensate those people who created the craft
Teach from lived experience rather than erasure
Reject shame and hierarchy in our spaces
Welcome non-SW dancers without sanitizing history
Hold a clear, stated commitment to respecting sex workers in pole and beyond
Not every instructor chooses to share their background in sex work publicly, and that choice is deeply respected and upheld by RLT.
