I attended a yoga & dance flow class with FeyFey at Redd Light Therapy last month & I had a beautiful, heart opening experience. I appreciate the intentional journal prompts and the time to reflect and verbally share before our movement practice. As someone who grew up heavily shamed and criticized for my body and emotions, I feel that dance and movement has been my biggest outlet of release and expression. FeyFey’s guidance was gentle yet powerful. I felt safe to move my body sensually and fluidly without judgement. At one point, she had us move like the element of water and it felt so freeing to explore my own depths while sharing space & being witnessed by another person. I highly recommend Redd Light classes for anyone who is seeking how to connect deeper with themselves and their creative power!!! I love this app & finding high-quality online classes for all pole-dance, flexibility, twerk, floor work, and conditioning needs in one place. Not only is it convenient & cheaper having classes for all my types of training in one app, I’m just truly impressed by the level of knowledge & skill of every instructor. Not totally surprised since I joined after taking one of Redd’s workshops and knew she would have good taste, but honestly just impressed. Since the teachers are industry experts they bring a whole other level of presence & creativity in their teaching and we are very lucky to have the ability to train with amazing teachers across the world and support the dancers that brought us pole dance in the first place!

I love the mission and vision of this app, and I think that this app and its community have successfully built a safe creative space for everyone to explore their sensuality and uplift each other. I really appreciate how accessible the classes are (you get class recordings if you can’t make it to the live class and modifications based on your skills). It’s one of the prettiest apps out there as well. I also recommend looking into the founder’s Instagram/Youtube, as she has many insightful and sincere perspectives about the community/industry that I’ve learned much from.

This app really offers such a unique range of content whether you're a newbie or someone who just wants to progress and learn more tips/tricks. Personally, wanting to become a dancer, with zero knowledge, this app really helps you start from the get-go by taking the in depth classes. It's a great way to boost your confidence and the apps community feels very safe and comforting. Redd is truly made for helping the girlies reach their best potential! I can't wait to book more classes and never stop learning/progressing!

The instructors at Redd Light Therapy are truly like no other. I’ve never taken any pole/floor classes—online or in person—that break down movement so clearly and thoroughly. Every class is taught with such care and attention to detail, and I always end up with a deep understanding of technique, execution, and pathways that you can’t get anywhere else. The diversity of class offerings is incredible. Whether you’re learning new tricks/flow/combos or wanting to stylize and refine old favourites, this app has everything you could want all in one space.

I’ve benefited from Redd’s workshops previously so it was a no-brainer to download her app with access to industry experts specially curated for us. The app is user-friendly), it’s simple to build your schedule, and I appreciate the various class packs/pricing. I’ve taken one live class so far and will return to the recording soon since I have access to it for a lifetime. This online portal is a safe & accessible way for me to learn from home and i’m very grateful to expand my training here.

I feel like this is the online studio I've been waiting for. A lot of online platforms I found are either soley pole moves or choreography based and this platform seems to have a balance of both mixed with conditioning in full length classes! This app is super user friendly and I really appreciate having access to the recording after taking the class. I'm super excited for my next class this week and will definitely be getting a subscription.

I am loving the quality of this app. It’s easy to navigate and access past recordings. The sign up process is quick and reminders are sent before class starts. If I can’t attend a class I have access to the recording. I have attended live classes as well as accessed the recordings and I haven’t had an issue with either. I love that I can use my home pole more often for heels classes as well as improve my flexibility from the comfort of my home.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just recently stumbled upon this app through IG and love all the instructors. Been going to a pole studio for a few months now but I’m at the point in my journey where I’m realizing how important it is to truly expand and learn from different teachers and avenues. This is the only true way to find your flow and style. I also love being able to practice on my own terms in my own space. Look forward to taking classes and joining the RLT community ❤️

I’ve been following Redd for a few years and it’s been beautiful to watch her blossom and grow into her true calling. Her app highly reflects the hard work she’s put into her career and shows the passion she has for dance. It’s super easy and convenient to use, especially to have it all in one place. 10/10 recommend learning from Redd if you’re really wanting to be invested in yourself. I have been skeptical about online fitness communities for years, that is until Reddlight Therapy was created. This platform was made with so much attention to detail and thoughtfulness, not only for the student, but also for the teachers. There is an array of people teaching their talents to dancers, coming from all walks of life with professional instruction. I personally loved taking Trap Goddess’ classes - she really knows her physiology and that is something I NEVER get to experience at any in person class. She understands that every body is different and knows how to lay the platform for her instructions by creating this foundational space to just be in your body. As someone with a physical disability this is understanding of muscle/bone connection is soooo important for me and I found it through this app! There are sooo many classes I would still love to explore. Bravo!

Excellent app! The app itself is easy to navigate and works great. As for the classes, there are a variety available for every skill level and style at an affordable cost. I have really enjoyed the classes I tried so far.

As a busy woman myself I love that they send the recordings after each class for those days you just can't make it but don't want to miss out. I just signed up after following the creator for a long time and trying to sort out the best time to learn from her. There is no better time than right now and through the app, even more talent to learn from. I subscribed to this app and I'm already so pleased with the speedy and generous customer service. The app is easy to use and an upgrade from my former Patreon use. I am so excited to be a part of the new journey.

This app is an amazing space for dancers to connect, grow and learn from each other!! It brings people from all over the world together and makes it easy to join workshops, discover new artists, make new friends. The design is clean and simple to navigate and you can really feel the community vibe. Whether you're just starting out or have been dancing for years, it has something for everyone. Can’t recommend it enough!!❤️

I love Redd Light Therapy, it is very easy to use and I have access to so many amazing dance teachers on it. I love Redd's way of teaching and there is still so much to explore within the app, it is really fun.

I've taken a variety of classes and workshops on RLT, and I really love how accessible it is to learn from such amazing dancers that I wouldn't normally get to practice with living in a small town. It’s exciting to actually have the opportunity to learn from some of my favorite polers that I’ve been following & admiring on IG for a while! My pole skills have definitely leveled up as a result. The best part, and honestly what sold me, is that you get to keep the recording to easily revisit if you can’t make the live class. I will always recommend this platform to my fellow dancers!

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the classes I have enrolled in but my favorite workshop (so far) was Queens Throne with Redd! I adore chair and was super grateful for the breakdown of moves and suggestions for transitions etc… and it made me feel much more confident in my chair skills afterwards. I’m so grateful for this space and how welcoming and encouraging all communications have been.

I really like Reddlight therapy! I took a class with Mateva and Trap goddess and they're both really good teatcher. I love the vibe and all the heels and low flow related classes are my fave. I definitely recommend this platform if you wanna improve you're pole skills.

Love how easily accessible classes are. As a girlie who finally has a home pole, love how I can take classes in the comfort of my own home! Took a choreo class with trapgoddess and loved it so much!!! Thank you for making pole so accessible! You are changing the game!

I have tried RLT app twice now and am signed up for my third class. I love the variety of instructors! Love everything about this app, especially as a girlie with her own home pole. Everything is so accessible and love how we can keep the recording of the class.
