You can get credits through:
Class packs
Drop-in credits
Monthly subscription memberships
Subscriber-only top-up credits
Every weekly class credit includes:
Lifetime access to the class recording
The option to attend live or train later from the replay

Workshops and special offerings sit alongside our weekly online pole classes, but they are priced and booked differently.
Workshops and special offerings:
Are one-time purchases
Cannot be booked with weekly class credits
Range from $0 to $100+
Include lifetime access to the recording
Often feature SW instructors worldwide or other aligned guest instructors
Pricing for each workshop is set by the guest instructor and in collaboration with RLT. This separate one off pricing is designed to protect fair pay and sustainable business operations.
-
We believe in:
Fair pay
Transparency
Long-term sustainability
We pay our core instructors the highest rate we can manage.
To be fully transparent: our CEO is still paying herself minimally in order to:
Maintain core business costs
Pay instructors fairly and consistently
Keep operations running with integrity
Offer lifetime class recordings at no extra cost
Plan and grow sustainably into the future
Because of this, we do not offer a permanent SW discount or ongoing heavy discount codes. Those would directly pull from instructor pay or operating budget.
Instead, we offer:
The Intro BOGO offer
Occasional seasonal promotions and giveaways
Bundles and discounted offers in Redd’s Repository
Free offerings and resources
This structure allows us to stay true to being sex worker–centered while actually paying sex workers and staff.
-
Here is all of our pricing-related policy information in one place. This is a summary; the full legal language lives in our Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable
The only exception is if RLT cancels an offering
If RLT cancels a weekly class with fewer than 3 sign-ups, the credit returns to your account
If your subscription is set to renew the next day and a last-minute class cancellation causes a credit to “disappear” into your expired cycle, email reddlightperformance@gmail.com And we will manually assist you by booking you into a future class using that lost credit on the backend.
Class Cancellation Policy (Students)
Student cancellations within 8 days of class are non-refundable and non-credit-returning
This policy exists because:
Instructors deserve clarity on sign-ups and prep time
All sign-ups receive lifetime access to the recording, even if something comes up and you cannot attend live
In a traditional studio, if something comes up, you miss class, hence more lenient policies for cancellations at in-person-studios. At RLT, you still receive the replay — which is why we do not allow late cancellations or credit returns for standard schedule changes.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice
You cannot cancel instantly through the app
To cancel, email reddlightperformance@gmail.com with your request
Your subscription may continue through the next billing cycle based on when your request was received
This protects discounted pricing, ensures fairness across all membership tiers, and keeps our virtual pole classes sustainable long-term.
Membership Pausing
Pausing is not guaranteed, but may be available case-by-case
Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com to request a pause
In general, pauses are considered in one-month increments, for up to two months max
Credit Expiration
Top-up credits expire when your current subscription cycle ends
Subscriptions renew on the same date each month
Class packs expire according to the timeframe listed at purchase
You cannot use a credit to book a future class past when your pack or subscription has expired/renewed
Recording Access
Recordings are usually available within ~24 hours after live class ends
You must book the class before it happens to receive its recording
Recordings are yours for life, unless you violate app policies or Terms of Service
Workshops
Workshop purchases are final
If RLT cancels a workshop or special offering, you will receive a refund or appropriate resolution
-
If you’re skimming, here’s the quick version:
All purchases are non-refundable, except when RLT cancels
Weekly classes = 1 credit each
Workshops = one-time payment (credits cannot be used)
Subscriptions offer the biggest discount and require 30 days’ notice to cancel
Top-up credits expire with your current subscription cycle
Class packs have their own listed expiration dates
Recordings are included with every sign-up and last forever
RLT may cancel classes with fewer than 3 sign-ups or for technical difficulties (you’ll be credited)
By booking, you agree to our Liability Waiver and Terms

Why can’t I cancel my subscription immediately?
Because subscription pricing is discounted in exchange for ongoing commitment. Immediate cancellation would break the structure that allows us to keep costs low for everyone. The 30-day notice keeps pricing fair across all tiers. Can I pause my membership?
Sometimes. Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com to request a pause. We usually consider one-month pauses, up to two months total, but cannot guarantee approval in all situations. Why did my top-up credit expire so quickly?
Top-ups adopt the life of your current subscription cycle. If you buy a top-up the day before renewal, it will still expire when your cycle resets the next dat. For maximum use, buy top-ups as early in your cycle that you can.Why can’t I use credits for workshops?
Workshops are stand-alone offerings with different payout structures and often feature guest instructors. Pricing and payout for workshops are calculated differently to protect fair compensation. What happens if a class doesn’t meet minimum sign-ups?
If fewer than 3 students are enrolled, we may cancel the class. If we cancel, your credit will be returned to your account. If a subscription timing issue affects access to that returned credit, email us and we’ll help! What if I have more questions about how pricing works?
Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com and we’ll walk you through anything confusing about credits, memberships, or access.
