about Our Offerings

This page breaks down how RLT (Redd Light Therapy) works: our weekly virtual pole classes, special workshops, on-demand tutorials (Redd’s Repository), and community spaces that keep dancers, sex workers, and movement lovers connected worldwide through our virtual community.

Whether you’re here for beginner pole dancing, stripper floorwork, sensual movement, or deeper stripper training, this is your roadmap to everything inside the RLT ecosystem.

Quick Links

  • Redd Light Therapy is a stripper-led virtual pole dancing studio offering a full ecosystem of online pole classes and community support.

Inside the RLT app and website, you’ll find:

All offerings are hosted through the RLT app, website, and our online platforms, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Our offerings include:

    • Static and spin pole classes

    • Slow flow pole and low flow + basework

    • Floorwork classes and floorwork basics for strippers and all dancers

    • Heels technique and stripper style pole

    • Strength training and pole dance conditioning

    • Dancer flexibility training, contortion and mobility

    • Industry and online stripper courses focused on business, sales, and the realities of the club

    • Pop up specialty offerings in makeup, business, taxes, home ownership, etc!

    • AND MORE!

Everything we offer is rooted in sex worker–led movement education and built to honor the roots of pole while making high-quality training accessible worldwide.

  • Our weekly online pole dance and sensual movement classes are the backbone of RLT. This is where you’ll find the most consistent connections with our core team and community.

On the weekly schedule, you’ll see rotating, recurring, and pop-up offerings, like:

    • Static pole and spin pole

    • Beginner pole dancing / pole fundamentals

    • Low flow and slow flow pole

    • Floorwork dance classes and sensual floorwork

    • Chair classes and heels dance

    • Stripper training and “stripper classes” rooted in club reality

    • Classes focused on refining style, musicality, and stripper movement

    • Strength, conditioning, and dancer flexibility training

    • Our free weekly Community Circle (every Saturday at 2pm EST)

    • AND MORE

    All weekly classes:

Every weekly class description clearly spells out:

    • Pre-reqs or level context (for example: “must be able to climb,” “solid invert required,” “all levels welcome”)

    • Whether you need a pole or not

    • Recommended + required materials (heels, knee pads, yoga mat, chair, etc.)

    • A simple description so you know what you’re getting into

We don’t obsess over rigid “levels” as much as we do pre-requirements. You’ll often see phrasing like:

    • “A solid climb is required”

    • “Must be comfortable in bracket grip”

    • “1+ year of pole experience recommended”

If you’re in doubt, you can always email us, or book the class and save the recording for later in your journey. Part of the magic of virtual pole classes with lifetime replays is that you can buy now, grow into it later.

All weekly class times are listed in EST unless otherwise specified.

If you’re unsure which weekly class to pick, or what fits your pole technique level, you can always reach out to reddlightperformance@gmail.com for support!

  • Our workshops and special offerings live alongside weekly classes but function differently. Think of them as deep dives and special events that round out your online sensual dance classes experience.

There are a few main types:

    Core Team Labs (Skill-Focused Sessions)

Core Team Labs are focused, skill-specific sessions offered once or twice a month by our core team instructors. These labs drill one movement, shape, or concept at a time — things like:

    • Leg Hang Lab, Jade Split Lab, Invert Lab

    • Other shape, tricks, lines, fundamentals, and transitions labs

They’re perfect if you want to go in depth into a particular move, transition, or concept and get more detailed feedback than we can usually give in a general weekly class. Feel free to request a lab focus by emailing reddlightperformance@gmail.com

Guest Workshops & One-Off Special Offerings

We regularly host guest instructors, industry babes, aligned allies, and our core team members for one-off specialty workshops. These can include:

    • Technique deep-dives and pole transitions

    • Themed stripper style pole workshops

    • Sensual and erotic movement classes

    • Floorwork intensives and club-style floorwork

    • Lecture-style classes on sales, business, and industry realities

    • Mini intensives and short courses

    • AND MORE!!

Some are movement-based, some are lectures or discussions, and some blend both.

    Workshop descriptions always include:

    • Pre-reqs or level context (for example: “must be able to climb,” “solid invert required,” “all levels welcome”)

    • Whether you need a pole or not

    • Recommended + required materials (heels, knee pads, yoga mat, chair, etc.)

    • A clear class description so you understand the vibe

    Pricing for Workshops

    • Workshops and special offerings are one-time purchases

    • Weekly class credits cannot be used to book them

    • We host a range of price points, from free offerings to premium intensives ($0-100)

    • All workshop purchases include lifetime access to the recording

We price workshops this way to allow each instructor to set the pricing for their own offering. This protects fair pay and also allows RLT to build around that structure in a sustainable way for our business.

The full pricing breakdown lives on the About Our Pricing page, and you can view and book workshops directly through the app under Special Offerings

  • Do I need an account to book classes or workshops?
Yes. For weekly online classes and special offerings, you’ll need a Redd Light Therapy account.

Do I need an account to purchase on demand tutorials?
No. For on-demand tutorials and bundles in Redd’s Repository, you do not need an app account. You’ll receive a PDF with links to your content via email.

How do I sign up for a weekly class in the app?
From the Home/Explore tab, tap “Weekly Online Classes & Special Offerings” to open the calendar view. Choose your class, book using one credit, and you’re in.

How do I book a workshop or special offering?
From the Home/Explore tab, you can either use the calendar viewon “Weekly Online Classes & Special Offerings” or click on the “Special Offeringslist view to find and book your desired special offering.

How do I add or update my payment method?
Under the Profile tab in the RLT app, you can manage your payment methods and billing details.

Where do I find the Zoom link for my class?
Links populate on the app and are sent by email a day or two before class. You will find the links under the Bookings tab in your RLT app, or in the confirmation/reminder emails sent to the email address connected to your account.

What if I can’t find my Zoom link?
Links populate on the app and are sent by email a day or two before class.Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com if you notice a link missing, and we’ll do our best to send the link manually before class. If timing or tech makes that impossible, you’ll still receive lifetime access to the recording!

What if the app isn’t showing my booking?
Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com with the details. We’ll help verify your booking and connect you with the recording or live link.

  • Do I need a pole to take class?
Not for every class! Many offerings focus on floorwork, sensual movement, conditioning, strength or flexibility, and are pole-optional or fully without a pole. Pole-required classes are clearly labeled, and class descriptions outline recommended and required materials. If you want a pole, we recommend these.

Do I need heels, knee pads, or specific equipment?
Every class description includes recommended or required materials — heels, knee pads, chair, socks, etc. If you’re still unsure, email reddlightperformance@gmail.com and we’ll help you.

How do I know which level class to book?
We focus on pre-reqs more than labels like “beginner” or “advanced.” You’ll see things like: “solid climb required,” “comfortable in bracket grip,” or “must be able to invert.”
If you sign up for something that ends up being out of reach for your current level, you can keep the recording and return to it later. That’s the beauty of lifetime access.

    Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Many classes are all levels or specifically named/marketed toward new dancers. In each class, instructors offer regressions and progressions so you can take what works for your body today and grow into the rest over time

If you want a comprehensive starting point, we recommend:

    Are your offerings sex worker–friendly?
Yes. RLT is fully SW-owned and operated and explicitly sex worker–centered. We love sex workers, their legacy, and we love to pay them what they deserve for their instruction!

  • Can I join class late?
No! Warm-ups are important for safety and performance; if you miss the warm-up, you increase your risk of injury. If you are running late, we recommend catching the recording replay instead.

Do I have to turn my camera on?
No! Camera-on is always optional. It can help your instructor give you more personalized feedback, but if you feel safer camera-off, that is fully respected. You can also DM your instructor a video after class for feedback! You are in control of your visibility and how much you choose to participate or share. Some dancers join camera-off, or rename themselves in Zoom for extra privacy.

Can I rename myself in class?
Yes. As long as you’re not disrupting class or the chat, you are welcome to rename yourself anything you like when joining on Zoom. You are in control of your visibility and how much you choose to participate or share. Some dancers join camera-off, or rename themselves in Zoom for extra privacy.

Can I participate without being on camera?
Yes. Some instructors may encourage chat participation or unmuting to ask questions, but you can also DM your instructor on Instagram after class for clarifications. We want you engaged in whatever way feels safe and doable for you.

What if my space is small?
Many of our instructors teach from home studios and small spaces, and classes are often designed with this in mind. If a class ends up needing more room than you have, you can always save the recording for later when you have access to a larger space – your lifetime access means you can revisit it anytime!

  • Do I get the recording if I don’t attend live?
Yes. As long as you are booked into the class before it occurs, you receive lifetime access to the recording whether you attend live or not.

How do I access my class recordings?
Recordings are typically available within 24 hours under Profile → Booking History in the RLT app.

How long do I have access to my recordings?
Recordings are yours for life, as long as you follow our app policies and Terms of Service.

Can I train only from recordings?
Yes. Many dancers primarily train from recordings due to time zones, work schedules, or privacy. We welcome you however you’re able to show up!

Can I ask questions if I’m watching the recording later?
Yes. You can DM your instructor on Instagram with a video, question, or request for guidance. You can also submit the class feedback form or email reddlightperformance@gmail.comif you’re struggling to get the support you need. Our instructors are happy to support replay students, too.

What if my recording isn’t showing up?
Once in a while, we experience Wi-Fi, Zoom, or app issues that delay attaching the recording. If it’s been 24 hours since class ended and you still don’t see your recording (or an email from us explaining the issue), email reddlightperformance@gmail.com and we’ll help.

  • How long do I have access to tutorials or bundles?
Forever. Once purchased, RR tutorials and bundles are yours for life.

    Do tutorials ever expire?
No. As long as you keep your PDF and access links, you’ll be able to revisit the content.

How do I download or access my purchased tutorial?
You will receive immediate access via a confirmation email with a downloadable PDF that contains your access links.

How can I request a new tutorial?
If there’s an on-demand tutorial or stripper training topic you’d love to see, please email reddlightperformance@gmail.comwith your request. We love creating content that directly responds to what our community wants.

  • What if I can’t find my Zoom link or recording link?
Email reddlightperformance@gmail.com We are committed to making things right when booking or tech issues pop up.

What if something goes wrong with my booking?
Email us with as much detail as you can (screenshots help). We’ll investigate and help you access what you paid for.

What if the class didn’t load or Zoom didn’t open?
