Help Us Pay Off Our Business Debt & Sustain the Movement

When Redd Light Therapy launched in July 2024, it was made possible by a personal investment of over $10,000 — covering everything from legal fees and tech platforms to instructor wages and community programming.

We’ve never had outside investors.
No grants. No loans.
 Just one overworked credit card and a CEO who believed this space was needed.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Our first priority is to pay off the $10,000 in business debt it took to launch this platform. Once we clear that, we can finally reinvest in supporting and expanding Redd, RLT, and the community we've built, bringing back other instructors, expanding offerings, accessibility, community and outreach, and maintaining long term sustainability for our babes.

What We've Done

Since launching in 2024, we’ve:

  • Served thousands of students worldwide

  • Paid out 200k to fully SWer staff from 2024-2026

  • Hosted numerous workshops, classes, and free spaces for SWers and dancers

  • Centered dancers, SWers, and bad bitches every step of the way

In June 2026, Instagram wrongfully disabled our accounts — our main page, backup accounts, and our CEOs personal account. We lost roughly 40% of our revenue basically overnight, with no warning and no real path to appeal or support from the platform.

Rather than run the business into debt trying to hold onto a model that Instagram had made unsustainable, we made the call in September 2026 to close the RLT app and live classes. RLT isn't ending AT ALL, it i just changing form as it becomes focused on sustaining the community long term. Classes will now be offered on our on-demand archiveuntil further notice.

Where Your Money Goes

What it cost to run RLT, 2024–2026:

💳 Instructor wages: ~$3,500–$8,000/month
🖥 Tech platforms & software: ~$1,100–$1,400/month
💼 Staff, admin, legal, and accounting: ~$3,500/month
📣 Marketing & design tools: ~$250/month

Total operating cost: ~$150K–$160K/year, with roughly $100K of that going directly to sex worker instructors and staff.

Every dollar RLT has earned has gone straight back into the RLT community and staff. Every donation helps us pay off the debt that got us here, so we can reinvest in what's next.
