Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 2025
Welcome to Redd Light Therapy (“RLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our virtual pole dancing studio, online pole classes, workshops, on-demand tutorials, and related services work. By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a product, using our website, or accessing the Redd Light Therapy app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are & What We Offer
Redd Light Therapy is a stripper-led, sex worker–centered virtual movement studio and online pole dancing community. We provide:
Weekly virtual pole classes and sensual movement classes
Floorwork, twerk, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and creative expression classes
Special offerings and guest workshops (online and occasional in-person)
On-demand tutorials and stripper training videos through Redd’s Repository
Community offerings such as Community Circle and WhatsApp groups
Our Services are delivered through:
The Redd Light Therapy app
Our website at reddlighttherapy.com
Third-party platforms including but not limited to Zoom, email, WhatsApp, YouTube, and social media
These Terms apply to all of the above (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Eligibility & Community Expectations
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, take classes, purchase offerings, or participate in our community spaces. By using our Services, you confirm that you are 18+.
2.2 Community & Conduct
Redd Light Therapy is a stripper-led, sex worker–centered space. By participating, you agree to:
Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect.
Avoid harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
Respect the privacy and anonymity of sex workers and community members. You may not “out” anyone’s identity, history, or work without their explicit consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these expectations or these Terms.
3. Accounts, App Access & Communication
3.1 Creating an Account
To book weekly classes, workshops, and certain offerings, you must create an account through our app or website. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login details secure
Notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
Some on-demand tutorials in Redd’s Repository may be purchased without creating an app account. Those purchases are still governed by these Terms.
3.2 Account Status: Active, Suspended, or Deleted
We may suspend or permanently disable your account if:
A payment fails or remains unpaid
You violate these Terms, community guidelines, or our policies
There is suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our Services
If your account is suspended due to non-payment or policy violations:
You may lose access to live bookings, future purchases, and/or existing content until your account is brought back into good standing.
In some cases, if the issue is not resolved within the timelines we provide, you may lose access permanently.
We provide multiple warnings via email encouraging you to bring your account back into good standing and follow our policies.
Once a year, we perform data clean-ups and may fully delete long-suspended accounts and associated stored access. Before a large deletion, we will email affected users with a clear deadline and options to:
Bring the account back into good standing (unsuspend), or
Officially cancel under our policies while preserving access where applicable.
Accounts that remain suspended or unresolved past the stated deadline may be permanently deleted, including stored recordings and purchased access tied to that profile.
3.3 Email & Notifications
By creating an account or purchasing from us, you consent to receive:
Transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations, links, class info)
Service announcements (schedule changes, app updates, terms updates, account status)
Marketing emails are optional and can usually be adjusted via preferences or unsubscribe links. Some critical communications (about your account status, cancellations, policy changes, etc.) may still be sent even if you’ve unsubscribed from marketing.
4. Time Zones & Scheduling
4.1 Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Unless otherwise stated in a specific class or workshop description, all times are displayed in Eastern Standard Time (EST) inside the RLT app and on our schedule.
We provide a “Time Zone” studio announcement in the app with:
A time zone conversion chart; and
A link to a time zone conversion calculator.
We strongly encourage you to always double-check:
Search “current time in EST” and convert from there to your local time.
4.2 Daylight Saving Time (DST)
Some regions, including much of North America and Europe, observe Daylight Saving Time (“spring forward” and “fall back”). If your region observes DST, your phone or calendar typically auto-adjusts.
If your region does not observe DST, your local time equivalent to EST may shift by one hour when clocks change in the U.S. You are responsible for confirming the correct start time for your time zone.
We are actively working toward app improvements to automatically reflect your local time. In the meantime, by using our Services you agree to:
Use the tools provided (chart, calculator, and Google) to confirm your class times
Take responsibility for joining at the correct local time
5. Types of Offerings
We offer several types of Services. Understanding the differences is important for pricing, credits, and policy.
5.1 Weekly Classes (Credit-Based)
Weekly classes are recurring virtual pole classes and movement classes that you can book using:
Subscription credits
Class pack credits
Drop-in credits
Key points:
Each weekly class typically uses one credit
All weekly classes include lifetime access to the recording (see Section 8)
Weekly classes are listed in EST unless otherwise noted
5.2 Special Offerings & Workshops
Special offerings and workshops (online or occasional in-person) are:
One-time purchases (not bookable with weekly class credits)
Priced individually (ranging from free to premium)
Often hosted by RLT instructors or guest educators
All online special offerings include lifetime access to a class recording, subject to the same rules as other recordings (Section 8).
5.3 On-Demand Tutorials (Redd’s Repository)
Redd’s Repository (“RR”) is our on-demand pole dance tutorial and stripper training library. RR offerings:
Are pre-recorded tutorials, bundles, or courses
Are one-time purchases with lifetime access (see Section 8)
Typically do not require an RLT app account
You will usually receive access via a download link, PDF, or a delivery email with instructions. You agree to:
Keep your purchase emails or download links safe, and
Not share access with anyone else.
You may not share any private/paid content from RLT or Redd’s Repository with anyone else. This includes all workshops, classes, and on-demand content.
5.4 Community Circle
Community Circle is our free, live-only virtual gathering centered on connection, conversation, and community care.
It requires a booking (so we can send you the link)
No recordings are provided for Community Circle
All participants must follow these Terms and our community standards
5.5 Private Lessons & Other Services
From time to time, we may facilitate or advertise private lessons, coaching, or other services. Some private offerings are booked:
Directly through the app, or
Through email coordination with instructors
Any such services are still governed by these Terms plus any additional agreement you sign with an instructor.
6. Pricing, Credits & Payments
For a detailed breakdown of specific prices, please also review our About Our Pricing page. This section explains how payments and credits function within these Terms.
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
Third-party payment processors connected to the app or website (e.g. card payments)
Other payment options listed at checkout, where applicable
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
You are authorized to use the payment method; and
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your purchase, including any recurring subscription charges.
6.2 Types of Paid Offerings
We currently offer:
Weekly classes (credit-based)
Subscriptions (recurring monthly credits)
Class packs (non-recurring credit packs)
Drop-in credits
Top-up credits (add-on credits for active subscribers)
Workshops & special offerings (one-time purchases)
On-demand tutorials and bundles (Redd’s Repository)
Gift cards
Prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change at any time.
6.3 Subscriptions (Recurring Monthly Credits)
Subscriptions are recurring memberships that provide a set number of credits each billing cycle at a discounted per-class rate. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Your card will be charged automatically once per month on or around the same day each month, starting from your first purchase date.
Subscriptions are intended as ongoing memberships, with discounted pricing in exchange for your commitment.
Cancellation & Term
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing reddlightperformance@gmail.com.
A 30-day cancellation notice applies to all subscriptions.
You cannot cancel your subscription on your own directly through the app or website.
We will process your cancellation request within 30 days of receiving your email, and you may be billed again during that notice period depending on your billing cycle date.
All subscription fees paid, including any charges billed during the 30-day notice period, are non-refundable.
Some subscription agreements may specify an intended duration (for example, 24 months of recurring billing), but you may always request cancellation with 30 days’ notice as described above.
6.4 Class Packs & Drop-Ins
Drop-in credits: Single-class credits that expire a short time after purchase (for example, 2 weeks).
Class packs: Bundles of credits (for example, 2-class or 4-class packs) at a discount compared to drop-ins. Each pack has its own expiration window listed at purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing expiration dates before buying. Once a class pack or drop-in expires, any unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
6.5 Top-Up Credits (Subscribers Only)
Top-up credits let active subscribers temporarily add extra credits to their current cycle at a discounted rate.
Top-up credits are only available to subscribers with an active membership.
Top-ups automatically expire at the end of your current billing cycle, regardless of purchase date.
Top-up fees are non-refundable, even if you do not use the added credits before they expire.
If you are unsure when your current cycle ends, please review your account details or contact us before purchasing a top-up.
6.6 Workshops & Special Offerings
Workshops and special offerings:
Are priced individually and purchased separately (credits cannot be applied)
May be free, low-cost, or premium, depending on the instructor, offering, and format
Often feature guest instructors, specialty content, or short-term series
Because workshops often involve special pricing and payout structures, workshop purchases are non-refundable except where RLT cancels the workshop in full.
6.7 Gift Cards
Gift cards:
Are redeemable only for eligible RLT offerings as described at the time of purchase
Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)
Are non-refundable once purchased
7. Bookings, Cancellations & Minimum Sign-Ups
7.1 Booking Weekly Classes
To attend a weekly class (live or via replay), you must:
Have sufficient credits (subscription, class pack, or drop-in); and
Book the class through the app or website before it begins and before your credits expire.
You cannot use expired credits to book future classes.
7.2 Student Cancellations
Because all weekly class sign-ups include lifetime access to the class recording, our cancellation windows are stricter than a typical in-person-only studio.
You may cancel a class more than 8 days before the class start time without losing your credit.
Cancellations within 8 days of the class start time are non-refundable, and the credit (or payment) will remain used, even if you do not attend live.
This applies whether you booked with credits or one-time payment. The intention is that if something comes up, you can still take the class later via the recording.
7.3 RLT Cancellations & Minimum Sign-Ups
We reserve the right to cancel a class or offering, including when:
Fewer than three (3) students are signed up for a weekly class, or
An instructor faces emergency circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or tech issues.
If RLT cancels a weekly class:
Your credit will normally be returned to your account.
If your subscription or pack is set to expire immediately (for example, the next day) and our cancellation causes you to lose the opportunity to rebook, you may email reddlightperformance@gmail.com. We will do our best to help you use that credit for a similar offering.
If RLT cancels a workshop or special offering in full:
You will be offered either a refund or a credit toward a future offering, at our discretion.
8. Recordings, “Lifetime Access” & Usage
8.1 Class Recordings
For weekly classes and most special offerings:
Recordings are typically posted within 24 hours after class ends.
You can access them in the app under Profile → Booking History.
Live attendance is not required to receive the recording—booking ahead of time is what matters.
8.2 Lifetime Access – What It Means
When we say “lifetime access,” we mean:
You will have access for as long as:
The specific product (class, workshop, or tutorial) continues to exist within our systems;
Redd Light Therapy and our platforms are operational; and
Your account remains in good standing under these Terms (i.e., not permanently banned or deleted for violations).
We reserve the right to:
Remove outdated, low-quality, or redundant content from our library
Migrate, reorganize, or re-host content across different platforms
We aim to maintain long-term access, but we cannot guarantee indefinite hosting in all circumstances (such as platform shutdowns, legal restrictions, or catastrophic data loss).
8.3 Use of Recordings & Materials
All class recordings, tutorials, PDFs, choreography, and other materials are for personal use only. You agree that you will NOT:
Redistribute, resell, re-upload, or publicly post RLT content
Use our content to create your own paid course, membership, or offering without explicit written permission
Screen-record or record other students or instructors for any purpose other than your own personal training, and never for public posting
See Section 10 (Intellectual Property) for more detail.
9. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver
9.1 Acknowledgment of Risk
By participating in any RLT class, workshop, private session, tutorial, or related offering, you acknowledge that:
Physical activities—including pole dancing, floorwork, twerk, stretching, strength training, and other movement—carry inherent risks, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, and other physical injury.
You are voluntarily choosing to participate and accept these risks.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring your space and equipment (such as a dance pole, heels, floor, and surroundings) are safe and properly installed
Listening to your body and modifying or stopping when needed
Consulting a medical professional before participating if you have any known or suspected health conditions
9.2 Health Representation
By using our Services, you confirm that:
You are in sufficiently good physical condition to participate safely
You have no medical or mental health condition that would make participation unsafe or inadvisable, or you have been cleared by a relevant professional
9.3 Release of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you:
Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Redd Light LLC, Redd Light Therapy, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to your participation in the Services, including but not limited to physical injury, death, or property damage.
Agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under non-waivable consumer protection laws.
10. Intellectual Property
All content of Redd Light Therapy—including but not limited to videos, choreography, class recordings, tutorials, course materials, PDFs, written copy, images, branding, graphics, and website/app content—is owned by Redd Light LLC or used with appropriate permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a student.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use our marks or name in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or representation without permission
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
11.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
11.2 Anonymity & SW-Centered Privacy
Our community includes active and retired sex workers. We are committed to:
Not disclosing private identities, histories, or specific sex work details of instructors or students
Avoiding language that “outs” individuals without their explicit consent
This is a shared responsibility. You agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of fellow students and instructors
Not screenshot, film, or share identifying information from classes or community spaces without consent
12. Third-Party Services & Links
Our Services rely on third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to:
The app platform (e.g., Bookee or future providers)
Payment processors
Zoom or other videoconferencing services
WhatsApp or other messaging platforms
YouTube and social media
We are not responsible for:
The availability, security, or performance of third-party platforms
The terms, policies, or actions of those third parties
Your use of those third-party tools is governed by their terms and policies.
13. Discounts, Promotions & Changes to Pricing
We design our pricing to:
Pay our instructors as fairly as possible
Keep operations sustainable
Offer accessible options where we can (intro offers, bundles, etc.)
Because we pay instructors at a high rate relative to many studios and our CEO compensates herself minimally to prioritize staff and operating costs, we do not offer ongoing blanket discounts (such as permanent SW discounts) at this time.
We may, at our discretion:
Offer limited-time promotions or giveaways
Change prices, discounts, or offerings at any time
Any changes to pricing will not retroactively affect purchases already completed but may affect future renewals or purchases.
14. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Arbitration
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall take place in or near St. Petersburg, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and RLT agree that:
Each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a class member or representative in any class or collective action.
Where arbitration is not permitted by law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do:
We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
In some cases, we may also notify you by email, in-app message, or site banner.
Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of our Services and contact us to address any active memberships or accounts in accordance with current policies.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable:
That provision will be struck or limited to the minimum extent necessary; and
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any signed liability waivers, subscription waivers, and any additional written agreements related to specific offerings, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redd Light LLC regarding the Services.
