A free virtual hangout for pole dancers and sex workers to connect, unwind, and talk shop with the RLT community.
Not every class and offering needs to be a workout. Sometimes you just want a space to show up, vibe with other dancers, and talk about whatever's actually on your mind — your training, your goals, the industry, life, and more.
That's what Community Circle is for!!

What Is RLT's Free Community Circle?
Community Circle is a free, all-levels virtual hangout on the RLT app. You'll chat with our CEhOe Redd or another member of the core team, and join in on fun pop-up themes that change session to session — like creating vision boards, paint and sip/smoke, YouTube watch parties, community outreach, and more.
Some sessions are structured around a theme. Others are more like office hours — if you're working through something, processing a hard shift, or want feedback on a move or a goal, bring it. We'll do our best to help, and so will the room!
It's also a good spot for general app or account questions if you've got them :)
Current Schedule: A Quick Update
Community Circle is usually a weekly offering — but while Redd is touring through the end of 2026, it's currently running every 2nd Saturday at 2PM EST instead. Once Redd is back off tour, we'll return to the weekly schedule. We'll announce that switch-back here and on the app, so check back or keep notifications on.
In the meantime, some of these Community Circle sessions are being hosted as special pop-ups by other core team members — not just Redd. A recent example: Gemini hosted Community Circle sessions centered on neurodivergence as a dancer, covering real tips and tricks, the honest difficulties, how to adjust and adapt training to fit your needs, and space to connect with other neurodivergent RLT babes. We love when the team brings their own lived experience into this space, and you can expect more themed pop-ups like this going forward!!
Who It's For
Everybody. All backgrounds, all skill levels, dancers from all walks of life — this one's completely open. Whether you've never touched a pole or you've been dancing for years, you're welcome here.
Why It's Live-Only
Like our other community offerings and classes, Community Circle is NOT recorded. The point is connection in real time, and to help our babes feel comfortable to share with the group. Show up live to make it count!!
A Quick Note on Open Pole
Community Circle evolved out of our former Open Pole sessions. Open Pole hasn't disappeared — it's now available by request or as occasional pop-ups. Stay tuned for those or request them by emailing reddlightperformance@gmail.com
How to Join Community Circle
Community Circle is free and bookable on the RLT app. Right now (while Redd is on tour) it's running every 2nd Saturday at 2PM EST — once the weekly schedule resumes, we'll update this post. This may be subject to changing to a Sunday or different day/time as needed by Redd while she has less control of her schedule.
