What happened
Starting June 17, 2026, Instagram wrongfully disabled our accounts — including our main page @reddlighttherapy, our backup accounts, and our founder's personal account Redd Light Therapy is a legitimate, sex-worker-led virtual pole dance and movement education platform for consenting adults.
We've appealed and are actively fighting to get our accounts restored. In the meantime, Instagram has continued to remove our backup accounts as fast as we make them.
We are still here
This has nothing to do with our business, our classes, or our community — Meta made an error, and we're working to correct it. RLT is still fully open and operating. Same instructors, same weekly classes, same community.
Where to actually find us right now
