Meet the RLT Team
Instructors Who Lead With Experience, Care & Creativity
Redd Light Therapy is a stripper-led virtual movement studio built to center the expertise, artistry, and lived experiences of dancers, sex workers, creators, performers, and misfits worldwide. While our mission honors and uplifts the roots of pole — created, evolved, and carried by black strippers in the US — our team represents a diverse range of backgrounds, including active strippers, retired performers, online sex workers, competitive athletes, teachers, choreographers, and lifelong movement lovers.
We do not label or disclose anyone’s personal history.
We honor privacy, autonomy, and self-determination.
And above all, we honor the work — the technique, the creativity, the expression, and the care each instructor brings into their classes.
What unites our team is a shared commitment to creating safer, affirming, community-centered spaces for dancers of all levels to learn, grow, explore, reconnect with their bodies, and express themselves fully — without shame, hierarchy, or gatekeeping.
At RLT, we believe movement is a practice of presence, power, survival, sensuality, and self-trust. Our instructors teach from lived experience across industries — including the club, the stage, virtual platforms, artistic performance, somatic practices, and athletic training. And because our studio is fully virtual, our team spans multiple cities, time zones, and communities, offering a rich blend of teaching styles and movement perspectives.
Whether you're a baby dancer, a working stripper, a pole beginner, a slow-flow lover, a trickster, a floorwork babe, or a dancer returning after a long break — you’re welcome here.

Can beginners join RLT classes?
Absolutely. Our instructors teach dancers at all levels, including total beginners and returning dancers. Check out our Beginner Bundle for beginner class recordings or sign up for our beginner classes on the schedule. If you need a pole, check out our Pole + Beginner Babe Starter Kit.
Are classes and workshops fully virtual?
Yes. You can join live from anywhere in the world, and all sign-ups include recordings.
Do instructors teach their own style?
Yes. Every instructor leads with their unique voice, background, and artistic perspective while aligning with RLT’s mission and values.
Do I need a pole to join?
Many classes are pole-optional or focused on floorwork, conditioning, or sensual movement. You do not need a pole for all offerings.
